Monroe Estate Agents: Celebrating Excellence and Giving Back at The Yorkshires Residential Real Estate Awards 2023
The Yorkshire Residential Real Estate Awards 2023 was not just a night of celebration; it was a showcase of excellence in the residential property industry and a platform for giving back to the community. Held at the New Dock Hall in Leeds, this prestigious event had a dual purpose - honoring outstanding achievements and raising funds for the Yorkshire Children's Charity, a cause close to our hearts.
At Monroe Estate Agents, we were not only proud to be part of this grand celebration by sponsoring an award, but also delighted to win Best Small Agent. The sponsorship allowed us to recognize and reward excellence within the industry while contributing to the essential work of the Yorkshire Children's Charity.
Monroe Estate Agents: Best Small Agent
We are thrilled to announce that Monroe Estate Agents was the proud winner of the "Best Small Agent" award. Over the past 12 months, we have achieved more sales in the North Leeds market than any other agent. It's a testament to our commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding the expectations of our valued clients. Since opening our first office in March 2021, we've expanded our presence across North Leeds and Boston Spa and are now set to open our third office in the city centre with a focus on lettings.
This award is not just a recognition of our dedication but also a reflection of the trust and support our clients have placed in us.
As we reflect on this remarkable evening, we extend our heartfelt thanks to our supporters, clients, vendors, affiliates, friends, and family who have stood by us and contributed to our journey of success over the last three years. Your support has been invaluable, and it is your belief in us that continues to drive our dedication to excellence in the world of real estate.
Giving Back to the Community
The heart of The Yorkshires Residential Real Estate Awards lies in its commitment to the community, as demonstrated through its support of the Yorkshire Children's Charity. The charity's mission to help disabled and disadvantaged children in our region resonates deeply with us.
Through volunteering, donations, and raising awareness of the charity, we can help children thrive, reach their potential, and enjoy happy, healthy childhoods. It's our collective effort that enables organizations like the Yorkshire Children's Charity to continue their vital work, and we are proud to be part of that effort.
Charlotte Farrington, CEO of the Yorkshire Children’s Charity, which organises the awards, adds: “Yorkshire is the third worst region in the UK for child poverty, and the cost-of-living crisis is only making things even more difficult for families in our area.
“We see every day just how much of a difference our supporters can make. Through volunteering, donations and raising awareness of the charity, they support children to thrive, achieve their potential and enjoy happy, healthy childhoods.
“We want to ensure that no child in Yorkshire is left behind due to disability, ill health or financial circumstance and the generosity of Yorkshire’s property sector allows us to continue working towards this mission.
“We are a small charity with big ambition and it is through events like these we are able to raise vital funds and forge relationships with businesses that allow us to make things better for children and young people in Yorkshire.”
