Lettings Negotiator

Leeds City Centre

We’re looking for a confident, people-focused Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity to build strong relationships, showcase your skills, and play a key role in helping our residents find their perfect home.

 

Location: City Centre
Salary: £26k approx. – OTE £30k

Schedule: Tuesday – Friday (9am – 5.30pm) and Saturdays (9am – 4pm)
Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Experience: Not essential as full training will be provided

Key responsibilities

  • Handling enquiries and our email inboxes
  • Arranging viewings on lettings properties
  • Confirming diary and organising access
  • Conducting the viewings across a wide geographical area
  • Speaking to landlords and tenants to agree new deals
  • Providing regular feedback and updates to landlords
  • Proactively create business opportunities and help the growth of the business

Other responsibilities

  • General office duties such as scanning & regular property matches
  • Key management
  • Maintaining up to date records on CRM
  • Assist our Property Manager with Property Inspections & Inventories when required
