Property Manager

Leeds City Centre

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Property Manager to join our close-knit team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our managed properties are maintained to a high standard while delivering exceptional service to tenants and landlords.

This is a varied role with the opportunity to get involved in both lettings and sales – ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Location: City Centre (with office parking)
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (approx. dependent on experience)
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (Saturday working is essential; some flexibility available on your days off)
Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Key responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough inventory reports
  • Regular property inspections
  • Dealing with any tenant reported maintenance using our online Fixflo portal
  • Being a main point of contact for the duration of the tenancy
  • Conducting a thorough check-out report and finalising deposit deductions in a timely manner
  • Ensuring properties maintained to a high level

Other responsibilities

  • General office duties, dealing with enquiries
  • Arranging viewings/ valuations
  • We also deal with sales from this office, so there will be some crossover between the two roles and the opportunity to earn commissions
